Requirement:
Business Process Automation & Optimization
We leverage ServiceNow’s technical components to automate business use cases, reducing manual effort and ensuring process consistency. Our automation approach includes:
- Backend Development: Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs.
- Enhancements: UI Policies, Scripts, UI Pages, and Widgets.
- End-to-end Orchestration: Automating workflows across multiple platforms using ServiceNow Integrations with third-party applications.
- Custom Scoped Applications: Developing and enhancing tailored applications within ServiceNow to address specific client needs.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Regularly optimizing and enhancing existing implementations based on business feedback.
- Identifying areas for automation and innovation to increase efficiency.
- Ensuring best practices in ServiceNow development, security, and performance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, hardware engineering, or relevant degree is preferred.
Certifications:
Certified implementation specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
